Ops/Bus.Mngt/Ind Eng; (Dip.Project Mngt); Comp.Lit; 8-10 yrs proven
exp operations/production mngt/managing teams in RTE/food/FMCG manufacturing/packing
factory. Must have been overseeing daily ops of business/ensure
efficiency/productivity/ quality/ safety/cost-effectiveness/ensure
ops processes run smoothly/meet customer/regulatory/company standards.
Must develop/implement ops strategies/CI efficiency. Oversee day-to-day
production/ops activities/monitor workflow/capacity planning/resource
allocation/ID bottlenecks/implement corrective actions/ensure production
targets/deadlines/ quality standards met. Must ensure adherence
to production schedules/monitor output/waste/ downtime/labour efficiency/
implement Lean Manufacturing/process optimisation strategies/reduce
ops costs/ maintain product quality/ drive CI. Work closely with
Quality Assurance/maintain product standards/ensure compliance with
Food Safety/Health/ Safety/ Regulatory Requirements/oversee implementation
of GMP/HACCP/ ISO standards/ensure internal/external audit readiness.
Manage/lead Production Mngr/Supervisors/ Team Leaders/operational
staff/ shift structures/workforce planning/develop staff through
training/mentorship/promote a positive workplace culture/conduct
performance reviews/disciplinary processes. Will be working in factory/on
production floor. May require shift mngt/overtime/weekend work depending
